The supreme bounty hunter Boba Fett is sure one of the most favorite bad guys in the Star War series. As such Boba and his ever-present spaceship Slave 1 have appeared in more than 5 Lego sets.
The first set, made from thorough Lego bricks, was called 7144 and was released in 2000. Ever since, discrete sets have been released as Lego Star Wars gets increasing favorite each passing year. In 2010, Lego brings back Boba Fett and Slave 1 where the bounty hunter and his ship are best than ever before. The ship looks quite similar but the colors are brighter and more appealing. Dark greens and reds create a great distinction against the sandy, dull colors of the releases made before. The mini figures added to the set are brilliant, unblemished with definite colouring and astonishing detailing. Boba Fett comes with a helmet, his jet pack is slightly dented armour from former battles, giving him a real life quality. The Lego Boba Fett Slave 1 - set 8097 is a real treat for all the Star War fans.
The Han solo's mini figure is also quite detailed. There are torso printings with just the right attire - the brown pants paired with the white t-shirt. It's the detailing on the mini figures and the space ship that distinguishes set 8097 from all the former sets. The cockpit of the Slave 1 rotates isolate from the whole ship and the Hans Solo mini figure is a exquisite fit for the chamber. At $ 79.99, the Lego Boba Fett Slave 1 - set 8097 comes with 573 pieces. The price is slightly steep but there are discrete toy stores available online who give discounts as well.
